Graduate Employer rankings provide guidance to students, who are entering the workforce, on the best workplaces to start their career in. Each listing is measured differently across a range of different methods, including surveys and feedback from past graduates.

We are proud to share that we have recently received multiple awards for our Graduate Program. The listings are as below:

When asked about the win, Kate Pocknee, Graduate Program Lead, Fujitsu says,

Although we couldn't welcome our latest Graduate cohort face-to-face through our office doors, they have radiated curiosity and enthusiasm since  their attendance at virtual assessment centres. These 4 awards are a result of adapting and innovating the Graduate Program to ensure our Grads are supported, motivated and constantly learning and developing in an evolving virtual environment. There has never been a more exciting time to start a career and lead ideas forward in the technology industry!

These four Graduate Employer awards recognise the role which Fujitsu plays in developing the careers of the next generation across all areas of our business within an innovative and supportive culture.

About Fujitsu’s Graduate Program

Fujitsu’s Graduate program is designed to develop our Graduates both personally and professionally. Alongside the roles and responsibilities of their respective teams, our Graduates embark on a 12-month structured modular development program, where they are able to develop key skills in areas such as remote self-management, leadership, teamwork, and self-awareness.

These announcements come as we prepare to open our online applications and kick off recruitment for our 2022 Graduate Program in March.
