Social networks have long since taken a firm place in our everyday lives, not only privately, but also in the business environment.
Whether Facebook, Twitter or Instagram: It is no longer about the question of whether you need social media for your business - but only about how you use it.
The evening is an exploration of the latest digital trends and an opportunity to benefit from the knowledge of top keynote speakers.
As part of the Fujitsu Forum 2019, the theme for the Social Media Night is "Trust in the Age of Fake News".
What are the social consequences of fake news? What options are there for building and maintaining trust in online communication?
We’ll be discussing these questions and much more – it’s set to be an unmissable evening!
Fujitsu Social Media Night Guest Speakers
We are delighted to welcome two outstanding keynote speakers:
Kate is a British television presenter (BBC, SKY) and frequently speaks on digital strategies as a digitalization expert. Named the "UK's Most Influential Woman in IT" in 2016, she has been writing on technological developments in gaming and the Internet since the 1990s.
Most important to her is the enthusiasm of the next generation: Kate often visits schools and educational events, inspiring students to explore and use new and old technologies. Her blog received an award for the best technology blog and in her free time she writes science fiction and fantasy novels.
Before working as a business philosopher, the Norwegian was a professional athlete in handball. He is now a successful consultant for hidden champions and DAX companies.
Anders Indset is known for his unconventional mindset, and is often referred to as the "Rock'n'Roll Plato" - inspiring, provoking and entertaining executives around the world.
His writing has ranked No. 1 in the bestseller lists in Manager Magazine, Handelsblatt, and Der Spiegel. He is one of the 30 "global masterminds" in the Thinkers50 Club.
An evening of discussion, debate, networking and fun
Following the two keynote speeches, a panel of experts will focus on the challenges of trust in the digital age. Featuring Fujitsu’s CTO, Dr Joseph Reger, this panel promises to be a lively and challenging discussion on the role of trust in our networked world.
After the panel discussion, the evening will continue with informal networking, refreshments and a live DJ to get the dancefloor moving! There will also be an opportunity for a sneak preview of the Fujitsu Forum exhibition featuring the latest digital innovations.
