Further Information:

Kate’s career was all mapped out from a very early age. As a talented gymnast, Kate travelled all over the world to compete internationally for Great Britain and since she trained six days a week after school, Kate always thought her career path would lie in gymnastics – until she suffered an injury that put an end to her career.

At the age of 18 Kate found herself at an unexpected cross-roads, and took the decision to join the Fujitsu Apprenticeship scheme in the hope that it would enable her to explore many different options before settling into a full-time role. Two years on, she has completed her Apprenticeship, having made her mark in the company with some fresh and bold new initiatives.

Now working as a Business Consultant for the Fujitsu Digital Team, BAS, Kate works full time on client engagements. When she is not working, Kate is passionate about promoting Apprenticeships as an alternative route to University and loves to get involved in new sporting challenges.
