Nigel leads two EMEIA wide businesses in the Business and Application Services (BAS) division. The Enterprise Applications business is comprised of the Oracle, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics practices, and the Applications Transformation business delivers a wide range of development, modernization and management services to customers. The combined team of over 2000 employees serves customers in the UK and Ireland, the Nordics, Central Europe, Benelux, Iberia, the Middle East and India.
Previously Nigel spent two years as a member of the UK Regional Leadership Team with responsibility for the Consultancy and Application Services division. He also acted as Board Member for a Fujitsu subsidiary company ACT.
Nigel joined Fujitsu in 2007 and has held a number of senior roles, including Business Unit Director for Central Government and Director of Delivery for Hosting and Networks.
Nigel joined Fujitsu from Atos Origin where he was the VP responsible for the Justice Sector, and prior to this held a number of general management roles for the software services company Sema Group before its acquisition by Atos. Nigel started his IT career with IBM, following a five year spell with Matsushita Electric (Panasonic), including a year working in Japan.
Nigel was educated at Leeds Grammar School and holds a Cambridge University Master’s Degree. He is a keen sailor and triathlete.
