Michael has a wide experience of global delivery recognising the need to think local, act global. He understands the business drivers and challenges that need to be considered by customers who are facing huge changes in their operating models and the revolution that is going on in their market. Michael has worked with large enterprises faced a huge changes within their businesses and understands the challenges that are being faced by business owners today.
Previously to joining Fujitsu Michael worked for Siemens Business Services, CSC (Computer Sciences), Logica (now CGI), his work involved the introduction of global managed service models and establishing off shore service capabilities. Since joining Fujitsu he has worked with customers in the solutioning of global support and delivery services.
Michael received his MBA from Coventry Business School, his dissertation considered the implementation of business change across the different business work groups.
