In her 17 years in Fujitsu Karyn has led the operational provision of Servicedesks in Australia, Desktop Engineering Services and Technical Maintenance Services in the UK and has been the Delivery lead for a number of large customers in both countries. This range of operational and customer facing roles has given Karyn a keen appreciation of the need to keep the customer at the centre of Fujitsu’s delivery focus.
